Take control of your own aircraft and enjoy the breathtaking views on a 60 minute instructional flight over Kauai. After a brief lesson in flight theory, hop into the pilot’s seat of our ultramodern G1000 equipped, Cessna 182 Skylane and taxi out to the runway. Our FAA Certified Flight Instructor will be with you every step of the way as you take to the skies to enjoy the exhilarating feeling of flying! Adventure seekers can share their flight experience with up to 2 other guests on board.

What To Expect

Kipu Kai
After your pre-flight briefing with your Certified Flight Instructor you will depart from Runway 3/21 and head to the South shore of Kauai. Take in the views while flying your own plane over Kipu Kai coastline, featured in the movie Jurassic Park and 6 days and 7 Nights.

Manawaiopuna Falls (Jurassic Park Falls)
From Kipu Kai and the shoreline of Poipu you will learn the proper technique to establish a climb to approx 3500’ to view the Hanapepe Valley where you will get a glimpse of the 380’ Manawaiopuna Falls.

Waimea Canyon State Park
Your ascent will continue over the Waimea Canyon where you will learn how to establish a standard turn. The views of the canyon are breathtaking!

Hanalei Bay
Your flight will continue pass the magnificent Northshore beaches of Hanalei and Lumahai.

Mt. Waialeale
**Weather Permitting** From Hanalei Bay you will head South to view more waterfalls fed by one of the most wettest spot on earth. The average rainfall atop Mt. Waialeale exceeds 400 inches per year.

Wailua Falls
From Mt. Waialeale you will establish a slow descent back towards the Wailua Falls before landing back at the Lihue Airport.

This was the best thing I did on my trip to Hawaii by far! Absolutely recommend it not only for the flying experience, but for the breathtaking views!! Well worth the money - hands down. If you are debating doing this, I truly recommend just booking- you won’t regret this experience!!!
