Overpriced and non-informative. This trip was way more compared to other trips doing the same route. We were left to explore Monterey Fisherman's Wharf on our own, the same at Monterey Bay and Carmel-by-the-sea. We were allowed 90min at Monterey bay to explore with no recommendations or advice if where to go. I end up going to Tourist Info myself to gather more info and where to find a public toilet. The coastal drive was beautiful and we were given a bit more info on the drive. When we were left again just to explore by ourselves in Carmel-by-the-sea, I asked the guide for recommendations and he just pointed in a general direction and said "just go down here on the main street." Unfortunately the van broke down at the end of the trip and I must give credit to the driver who acted promptly to arrange a Uber to get us back to San Franfrisco with little delay. This was the worst non-informative overpriced trip ever regardless of the beautiful 17 Mile drive.

Dear Liana, Thank you very much for your feedback. We are so sorry that you are not satisfied with the services you received. After investigated, the tour guide gave all the passengers a brief introduction at the beginning since he needs to be focus on the driving later. Safey is always priority, we would appreciate your understanding! But he will be always helpful, just feel free to ask him when you need him! Finally, the reason why he could not escort you guys to the scenic is he had to defend your personal belongings out of the windows breakers. He is truly sorry for the inconvenience. Our tour guide will improve their service quality and find a suitable way for both!
