We enjoyed a great tour. There were only 2 of us, as such, it was like a private tour. Guys were great and considerate. We loved Arlington part the most, which required a lot of walking, but was worth it. Left with great memories. We will do it again.

We got a wonderful overview of Washington DC on the first day of our visit!! Our tour guide, Steve, was a wealth of knowledge, plus he took pics of us at each stop! We would definitely do this tour again! It was our favorite tour of our trip.

We too used a Groupon. The lady who checked us in at the initial meeting site was friendly, efficient and very helpful. The process went smoothly, thanks to her professionalism. The mini bus was clean and comfortable. The audio headset was inoperable most of the tour. The tour guide was terrible. He said he had worked for the company for about 6 months after having worked with another tour company for several years. After our experiences his story is hard to believe. He provided the minimum of information. Throughout the tour I had to ask him "What's that building" or What is that site"? My travel mate said he missed several important Arlington burial sites. As we passed the Washington Monument and stopped at a red traffic light, he told a ridiculous story of a cat flying down from the Monument. No history or further information about the monument was shared. The most egregious part is that this red light was directly across the street from the African American Museum. He NEVER SAID A WORD about the Museum. It appeared as if the building was not there. I interjected and told him we were in front of the AA Museum. His response was ā€œThis is the African American Museum of History and Culture.ā€ NOTHING ELSE. Management needs to pull in him for additional training. Wish I could remember his name.
