All hotel rooms are based on two Full / Double beds or one King/Queen bed depends on what hotel availiable on the day. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers.

  • 1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.
  • 2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
  • 3. Various hotels may have different deposit policy passengers need to comply with. No specific bed type or the position of the tour can be guaranteed at each hotel. Usually 2-4 people can stay in each room maximally. Hotel check-in time starts at 15:00.
  • 4. Any guests that have already purchased their own tickets or have a city PASS will not be able to use it on the tour. Please understand that you must purchase the admission tickets through our company in order to participate.Ā Ā  For the optional admission tickets, you will reserve it from the tour guideĀ directly. The tour guide will make this arrangement for you.Ā As a tour group, it is highly suggested to make a reservation together rather than individually in order to get into an attraction. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you again for choosing to tour with us!Ā 
  • 5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
  • 6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
  • 7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
  • 8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
  • 9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
  • 10. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on the website. It is your responsibility to check it on the website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
  • 11. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Our tour guide, Hao did a great job managing things in a long-duration journey. He also let us see the magical fireworks display at the fall.

Review of Jupiter Legend Corporation for Best Niagra 2Day Tour (From Brooklyn NY). HORRIFIC Experience (TOUR GUIDE KAREN). Overview of my experience and reviews I now see are consistent and true: -Lack of information in ads : no hotel info ahead of time)-only shared 12hrs after boarding bus. - Their ads don't state that THEY DON'T ALLOW YOU TO BUY YOUR OWN TICKETS TO ATTRACTIONS because this is illegal. But if you dare do buy your own, they will throw you off the bus. -Pack your own food, the buffet is barely edible. - Tour guide has very little if any knowledge of sites. -Hotel is 2 star at best. -6am blaring wake up call (even if you don't ask for one) - and they hang up. -The agreements they make you sign are completely untrue. - MANDATORY TIPS TO TOURGUIDE (service fee - amount stipulated - not your discretion) OR BE INSULTED. As part of a group of 10,we bought tickets days before the trip and called JLC's office for advice on how to book attractions as it seemed a little over whelming because we didn't know how much time we'd have by the time we arrived at Niagara and it was our first time both to Niagra and via tour bus.After speaking to an Asian female who suggested a few popular ones like the Maid of the Mist and Jetboat tour, AND NO MENTION THAT WE MUST BOOK THESE THROUGH JUPITER, we opted to book a walking tour and night Maid of the Mist boat ride on Trip Advisor. On the day of the trip, when we boarded, our tour guide Karen, another Asian female with an accent that at times was hard to understand, STARTED to go around the bus handing out agreements to sign (fine prints) which stated JLC reserved the right to refuse transportation to any guests who DID NOT BOOK attraction tickets through them. This is while on the way to Niagra and No where on their ad on Trip advisor is this stated. Karen started to collect cash payments for the attractions from other guests. When I explained (above), she quickly doubted me and I even showed her my call log to JLC a few days earlier. She started to loudly BERATE my group for not booking with JLC. This continued periodically throughout the 10hr journey and at the end of Day 1, LOUDLY asked us to disembark the bus at the hotel and find our way to the Niagra State Park at our own expense BECAUSE WE DID NOT PAY HER while the rest of the bus continued on to the SAME PARK, to watch the SAME FIREWORKS that night. It should be noted that on on Day 1,for the sake of staying with the group/bus, we gave in and paid the $25/pp buffet for food that was barely edible and during the return trip, were one again asked to sign yet another false and contradictory agreement stating that ALL activities' participation is VOLUNTARY AND OPTIONAL. All of this said, Karen still deducted $48 per day as service fee PER MEMBER of our group so $2500 for the weekend for just our bus and there were more for berating and embarrassing us. Her knowledge of Niagra as a tour guide is laughable and she should look to some of the guys who do tours of Egypt and even right here in DC who could write books on their cities and sites. Telling the bus that Niagra is the 8th wonder the world 3 times in a minute isn't service or that "water runs in the tunnel" - I'm sure toddlers could do better. Have some class and phrase it better than saying "Hurry up and go pee". Jupiter is a money grab and will be the reason i read every single review for tours moving forward, and probably never use this type of company again. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY PLEASE.

Firstly, on the website we listed that the hotel will be Millennium Buffalo Or Radisson Hotel Niagara Falls-Grand Island Or Same level, you lived Millennium Buffalo on your tour which is meeting the general criterion of the tour. This hotel is 3stars & 7.0 score on the Booking.com Secondly, our tour does not accept any City Pass or customersā€™ own tickets for any of the attractions(This is mentioned at the additional info section of our product page.) because as a tour, we have to make the reservations as the tour group to each attraction, hope you could understand. As we don't want you feel upset and lose money, so we accepted you to use your own tickets on our tour this time. Thirdļ¼Œas our tour will departed 7:15am, so we asked morning call for our customers, we are so sorry that we did not know that you did not need the service. Fourth, our guide will arrange buffet on the tour, if you do not like to have the buffet on the tour, you can also have meal at other restaurant or by other food nearby. The buffet is not peremptory. Fifth, we do not understand what you mean of the agreement is untrue, as our guide will confirm with customers about attractions they choose and the price they need to pay, so that the customers could know what they paid for, we will not overcharge customers, we will charge the customers after we get their confirmation. Sixth, the service fee is included in the tour fee, you two was $24 per day not $48 per day, if you are not satisfied with the guide service, you could contact us and we will investigate and reply to you, we will verify if the guideā€™s service is indeed not matches the criterion. The Niagara Falls Night Tour is an optional item need to pay, the fee included the transportation fee from hotel to Niagara Falls, we need first send customers who did not choose it back to hotel to have rest. Please understand, If you want to attend it, you need to pay for it. Regarding the service of the tour guide, please accept our sincere apology. We are sorry to hear that customers feel uncomfortable about insufficient explanation of our tour guide, our guide made explanations about Niagara, we are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with it, we will enhance the training of our guide to make more abundant explanations. About the attitude of our guide, our guide made patient explanation about your problems but not shouted to you. We are so sorry still let you feel no good. Hope the above explanations help you.
