All hotel rooms are based on two Full / Double beds or one King/Queen bed depends on what hotel availiable on the day. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers.

  • 1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.
  • 2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
  • 3. Various hotels may have different deposit policy passengers need to comply with. No specific bed type or the position of the tour can be guaranteed at each hotel. Usually 2-4 people can stay in each room maximally. Hotel check-in time starts at 15:00.
  • 4. Any guests that have already purchased their own tickets or have a city PASS will not be able to use it on the tour. Please understand that you must purchase the admission tickets through our company in order to participate.Ā Ā  For the optional admission tickets, you will reserve it from the tour guideĀ directly. The tour guide will make this arrangement for you.Ā As a tour group, it is highly suggested to make a reservation together rather than individually in order to get into an attraction. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you again for choosing to tour with us!Ā 
  • 5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
  • 6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
  • 7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
  • 8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
  • 9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
  • 10. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on the website. It is your responsibility to check it on the website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
  • 11. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Future travelers please be aware of the misleading tour Information. Note that this posting does not clearly state that you are NOT to buy your own tickets ahead of time, no matter how proactive you try to be. Note when they state ā€œoptionalā€, they really mean you need to buy directly from Jupiter Corporation ONLY. We found out the hard way. We proactively called Jupiter and Viator days before our trip and both companies confirmed that we were ok to proceed to buy attraction tickets ahead of time on any booking app available. So we did. If this was clarified from the beginning we (group of 10) would of not bought the tickets ahead of time. When the day of the tour arrived we tried to explain to our tour guide Karen about the situation and her response was very rude and unprofessional. Karen bullied us and made us feel horrible for buying the tickets outside of Jupiter corporation. One attraction we purchased outside of Jupiter was the Niagara Falls illumination night tour. Because Viator did not let us cancel due to the late notice cancelation policy, we asked Karen to please let us go with the others on the tour bus , which they were already going to the same location, And being that the hotel Jupiter booked was 30 min away from Niagara Falls (BTW Jupiter and Karen did not disclose the hotel name/location until a couple of hours before we arrived at the hotel). Karen loudly informed us that this was not her problem and that because we did not buy the attraction tickets from her that she couldnā€™t take us to Niagara Falls on HER bus. Karen explained that we needed to find transportation at our own expense. So we did. We had to find transportation for 10, which included a senior adult and two adults who are disabled. The mistreatment of Karen and Jupiter is unacceptable. This is just a snippet of our tour from hell. There are many more reasons why this was a horrible experience, but thought this was the most important and needed to share. Travelers beware.

Our tour does not accept any City Pass or customersā€™ own tickets for any of the attractions(This is mentioned at the additional info section of our product page.) because as a tour, we have to make the reservations as the tour group to each attraction, hope you could understand. We are not sure where did you got the wrong information. But we don't want you feel upset and lose money, so we accepted you to use your own tickets on our tour this time. But for the Niagara Falls Night Tour, it is an optional item need to pay, the fee included the transportation fee from hotel to Niagara Falls, we need first send customers who did not choose it back to hotel to have rest. If you want to attend it, you need to pay for it. (About the hotel information, as there may have some changes about rooms, some customers wanted to add room or some wanted to reduce, so we need double confirm with hotel and then told you the accurate information after we confirmed with hotel. Beforehand the guide also told you the hotel will at Bufflo and 30mins away from Niagara Falls). About the attitude of our guide, our guide made patient explanation about your problems, no mistreatment existed, we arranged you rest at hotel or you can pay for it we would take you to have the Niagara Falls Night Tour, we are so sorry still let you feel no good, we will enhance training of guide to provide better service to our customers. Worst company!! DO NOT BOOK with this company JUPITER LEGEND CORP!! From beginning to end this trip was a disaster! First they never let you know on the details. Anything about the activities that are optional. Being that said because I booked through Viator I gave Viator a call and asked about these activities so they told me that I could book them with Viator.Also me thinking since I bought them with the same company there would be no problem, worst decision made! At time of trip while on the bus the tour guide started to talk about activities and we told her about our situation, she got very upset at us started yelling at us about why we did that! She told us donā€™t you see this makes me look bad every activity we sell our company makes money and if I donā€™t sell this makes me look very bad! After explaining how we didnā€™t know any of this and there was no explanation on the details at the booking website. After all this we ended up buying a activity and the buffet with her because we still didnā€™t want things to go south from there. Long story short we ended up spending $240 dollars in Uber and Lyfts because of the activity we bought on our own, so she couldnā€™t take us to the place at Niagara Falls even though they were going there anyway, and the hotel was in buffalo! Another thing they never told us even though we contacted them in regards to where the hotel was located. Another little thing Iā€™m forgetting to mention they picked us up at a Brooklyn location just to drop us off on the way back in china town in Manhattan!! Again had to pay a Lyft to get me home since I had driven to the pick up location at time of pick up! And again another Lyft to go pick up my car at pickup point the next day!! Thanks for nothing Jupiter legend corp never again will I be doing business with you have a nice life!! That goes to Karen the tour guide also!

About the drop off location, the pick up location you choose of Brooklyn is pick up only which is showed on the web that you can see when you choose it. Watkins glen is gorgeous , so far it is my favorite!!! Our tour guide Quentin is friendly and knowledgeable, my kids like him. I recommend every come and visit this place, amazing!
