Best of Mount Rainier National Park from Seattle: All-Inclusive Small-Group Tour

Overview
What makes our tours most unique is that no two are the same! Our guides craft itineraries that reflect the best of what the Park has to offer that day, including group interests and dynamics.

Experience Mount Rainier's highlights on a day tailored to you. Our TripAdvisor "Hall of Fame" guides run the only day tours permitted to explore more than a mile from the park road as the National Park is ecologically important & delicate. The U.S. Park Service restricts other tour companies - our competitors offer "road tours." We're lovely & professional nature educators (not just bus drivers) that have dedicated our lives to artful travel.

Our all-inclusive small-group day trip is limited to just 10 travelers. Sleep in a little - we'll bring coffee, pastries, and tea. Don't waste daylight waiting in line at a busy lunch counter or concession stand - we'll bring a local, organic, family-style lunch. We’ll bring snacks, water, and sparkling water for the day. Don’t worry about a thing.

This day trip to Mount Rainier was so fun and great! Emailing with the company was easy and they were helpful and responsive. Evan was our tour guide- he was so friendly and personable and engaging and knowledgeable! We had a quick breakfast by a lake, did a shorter hike thru the woods, had a full lunch, then snow-shoe hiked up the base of Mount Rainier! We ended with a quick stop off to a lovely waterfall before leaving the park for the day. We were lucky with nice weather (for November haha). Van pick-up and drop-off at hotel was so convenient. Thanks for a great day!

The tour guide was great, very knowledgable and accommodating. We had some lovely snacks and lunch during the tour and overall it was very well organised. Sadly, the park to Mount Rainier was shut which meant that we didn’t see any falls, the lake or were able to hike closer to the mountains. We walked along a trail along the river for 3 hours, 1.5hours to one end and the same way back. It’s a real shame the plan had to be changed as I feel we missed out on so much more.

Hi De-Nadsy, I am sorry to hear the gate to Paradise in Mt. Rainier National Park was closed, but it sounds like you were still able to make it into the park to do some exploring with your guide. With the national park being a mountainous landscape, park officials may keep certain parts of the park closed for public safety - which seems to be the case for your tour. While we wish this wasn't the case, National Park Officials ultimately have the final say in whether certain areas of the national park will be open to the public or not. Our experience was everything we could have asked for! Marty was very considerate and allowed us to keep our own pace as we snowshoed around Mt. Rainier. The snacks and food he provided were much appreciated and all accommodations were amazing! Marty was super knowledgeable about the mountain and the surrounding areas. I hope we can cross paths again as this was a life changing experience for both myself and my wife! Thank you Marty & Evergreen Escapes!
