My daughter and I (Wisc) wanted to do a walking tour during the day prior to attending the women's NCAA Volleyball Championship game Saturday evening. I found this tour online the morning of. Pam was our guide along with two other travelers. The online registration worked perfect and I received a cell call shortly after making the reservation to confirm our tour and to make sure we knew where to meet. It went like clockwork. Perfect day, perfect amount of time. Pam was great, informative, very engaging. She made sure that any questions we had were getting answered and provided a great overview of key historical people, events, and architecture. I highly recommend this tour to people wanting a brief history of the city and to stretch their legs. Plus, Pittsburgh is terrific.

The well-researched and entertaining downtown tour we took with native "Yinzer" guide Corrie brightened a dreary rainy day (we learned Pittsburgh has a lot of those!). She knows her city inside and out and enjoys sharing its history and high points. This is a great activity to help first-time visitors to get their bearings and gain a greater appreciation for a sometimes-underrated American city. And the Steelers were only mentioned occasionally! I highly recommend this walking tour for anyone wishing to learn more about or get introduced to the quirky story of PIttsburgh and its rags-to-riches start.

The guide did a great job providing a tour that worked for people with a variety of interests. Really enjoyed the mix of history, art, architecture, business, food, and sports. Also liked the thoughtful combination of exterior and interior as we threaded through buildings as well as local streets. Note that the email confirmation provides a parking recommendation, and the garage they recommend has spots to charge an EV close to the entrance that were not ICE'd!
