This was my second trip with Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris... and I can't say enough good about them. During the booking proscess, Julie was most helpful and good for a few laughs. My trip was last-minute, and Julie was very helpful at getting me into a tour that fit my schedule... and knew just how to make a nervous traveler feel at ease. Brett was our guide for the day and he was a wealth of information! And his "eagle eyes" impressed me beyond beiief. We stopped for lunch and took a short walk to a scenic spot. While there, Brett spotted a mountain goat a mile away on the top of cliff. I still don't know how he saw it! Later he saw a momma grizly and 2 cubs. We were the first ones to the spot - followed shortly by the mobs you expect in Yelllowstone... but by then we'd had the chance to watch "bears being bears." Taking the ablities our the group into account, Brett led us on two hikes to overlooks I'd bet are usually missed. Looking down on Grand Prismatic was fantastic! Specific to the Covid-19 era... I felt they took things very seriously. Masks were required while in the van. Each person on the trip also had a bottle of hand sanitizer. There were so few people in the park, I never felt like we were too close to crowds of people. It really felt like we had the park to ourselves... with a guide who knew exactly where to lead us. I can't say enough good about this trip!
