The minimum age for wildlife safaris is 8 years old. (Private safaris have no age minimum.)
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all single day wildlife safaris. Cancellations made before the cancellation policy goes into effect will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure, and before the day of departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of departure will not be refunded. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to protect you from unforeseen travel interruptions that prevent you from joining us.

Masks are optional in Grand Teton National Park, but still mandatory in Yellowstone National Park. Guests and guides will be required to comply with federal policies in place.

We booked a full day private tour to Yellowstone through The Wort Hotel. This was an excellent way to experience the park for our first time, especially with 2 teens. What made our experience so fantastic was our guide, Whitney! Whitney was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the park, including the animals. She connected with each of us individually, was fun, made great suggestions and led us through the park at our own pace. She went the extra mile all day long, including taking us to a spot she knew of where a black bear and her cubs had been sited...and they were there! Great trip, thank you Whitney!

We spent a full 12 horus touring from Jackson Hole to Yellowstone with Dave. He was knowledgable and patient and sensitive to each of our personal needs. The snacks and lunch were just right. Although the trip was pricey, it met or exceeded our expectations. Thanks Dave for a greatnYellowstone experience.

We selected a full day safari trip so we would have a guided tour of the park which could help us for a return visit later. Jeffery was our guide and he was wonderful! There were only 6 of us plus Jeffery which made for a personalized trip. We appreciated his vast knowledge of history, geology and conservationism. We saw quite a few animals--elk, bison, osprey, deer, pelicans. Even though noise and bear eluded us, we learned so much about the behavior of all of Yellowstones creatures. We also appreciated being able to see "gems" of the park we may have overlooked it simply avoided due to the crowds. The picnic lunch was excellent and Jeffery was conscientious about test stops. In all, a long day, but so worth it. We returned to the park on our own 2_days later armed with great animal spotting skills. I would do it again in a heartbeat!
