We had a great trip. Pilot was fantastic. He let my 13 year old sit in front and shut the helicopter down when we landed. He really gave him a hands on feeling (as much as he safely could) and my son loved it. Great experience.

Wonderful experience. Awesome pilot. I would definitely go again. However we never received any complimentary drinks.

Thanks for the review! We'll accept your 4 star review as a 5 star because it seems we provided what was paid for. We do apologize for the misunderstanding. The drinks are complimentary (Free) anyone that asks for the drinks shall receive them. The nice gesture has come off offensive in the past to Passengers that had no interest in a drink so we leave it to the passenger. It seems you did not ask for a drink which is what may have led the pilot to continue their schedule as planned. Sorry for the misunderstanding please let us know next time so that we may not lose a star in a review over something that is "Free".

Our tour was to begin at a specific time and no one was there to communicate with us that they were going to be late. Needs to be better communication with the facility where the tour’s originate. The complimentary beverages were not offered. Expected more from the tour in relation to the $300 that was spent!

We do apologize, our tours require a 15 minute check in (means you shall arrive 15 minutes before the tour) if you arrive past this time you will be worked back in but you will get your tour as we try to keep the flow of the schedule. The company is provided a ticket by the third party that you booked through so we do apologize for not being more hands on we do expect that Viator gives all needed communication with our packages that they sell. We will work with them for improvement. Complimentary beverages (Free) is a choice of the passenger, we did not refuse to give you the drink you simply did not ask. We have stopped asking as it has come off offensive to a recovering AA member in the past. The price of the tour was a choice to be paid through the third-party. We would encourage you to book directly but would not want to offend the third-party. Hope to see you next time where we may earn our 5 stars
