Sarah was a brilliant storyteller and historian. She demonstrated impressive knowledge of the history and time period, and she made the stories engaging for all ages. We did this tour upon arrival and as a result, had a wonderful introduction to Salem and its history and also received recommendations (that were all top-notch) for the remainder of our time in town. We have done at least 20 walking tours all over the world but this was the best one we have ever done! Our guide Jeff was so knowledgeable, interesting and funny to listen to. He taught us more than we learnt exploring all the museums during the day and it was great to see Salem at night and enjoy this fantastic tour. Our guide knew Salem so well and it was so interesting to hear his experiences of how it's changed over the years and he obviously cares very much about his city and protecting the history. He was easy to listen to and the two hours flew by.
