Jeff's knowledge of Salem's witch history is unparalleled. We have gone on several ghost tours over the years, and this tour takes an entirely different -- and refreshing -- approach, debunking some of the myths around the trials and adding fascinating personal perspective. Jeff's speech pacing is quick, but perfectly reasonable, with the result that the group receives probably 3 hours worth of information over the course of a 2-hour tour. Prepare to focus, and soak up Jeff's knowledge.

This was by far the BEST historical walking tour I have ever experienced and, as a historian, I have participated in many. Our tour guide Sarah was magnificent. Super engaging, charismatic, extremely knowledgeable, funny, and did not hold anything back about the horrors of the Salem Witch Trials of 1692. I recently graduated with a masters in history and Sarah's approach has encouraged me to pursue opportunities in this field as an honest and engaging historical tour guide. We did this tour during a nor’easter and it was still amazing! Highly recommend if you are interested in how/why historical events happen. Human nature remains the same. When times are tough we use scapegoats for easy answers.
