My husband and I have been to Salem a few times and have done quiet a few tours that were great. This tour was horrendous! Do NOT do this tour. The tour guide Jeff was so rude and was screaming at other tour guides and visitors throughout the tour. He spoke so fast that you could not even understand ANYTHING he was saying . And if you have kids or teenagers do NOT take this tour! You can tell he does not like children on the tour. My daughters friend was literally just standing there listening to him ans in front of everyone he said he was distracting him. It was so incredibly rude that we left the tour and didn't even finish it!!!!! So we paid money for a tour that we didn't even get to finish. Do yourself a favor and book a different tour because this one is horrible and this tour guide should not even be allowed to have a business in Salem!

Sarah did an incredible job. Keeping almost 30 people engaged is not easy. Most of the group was low-key and sedate. (How do you NOT react to a full moon on your walking tour in Salem?!) Sarah was fantastic keeping her energy up and knowing who to call upon like us vocal NYers to keep the vibe upbeat! And with all the competing tours at the same time she was amazing at timing our stops. We had the memorial/cemetery to ourselves for a good amount of time before a deluge of other tours. We learned a lot of interesting history from Sarah not just about the witch trials but about Salem as well. I passed that water fountain on Essex Street numerous times on visits to Salem and never knew it was a map! Plus the city water lines. Just fun facts and really good historical retellings. Great job! Thank you!

10* for Jeff! This tour was fantastic. Tons of facts and history interwoven with a bit of comedy. This is a must do when you come to Salem. Try to do this the first day/night as Jeff gives a lot of great recommendations for things to do and things that you can skip. Also he gives great restaurant suggestions as well. He had helpers in the middle and back to make sure everyone stayed together as Friday night in October is crowded there!
