Join a knowledgeable local tour guide who will guide you on your own bicycle safely through downtown Denver's most important and relevant tourist sights including historic buildings, architectural masterpieces, professional sports stadiums, scores of public art installations, parks and outdoor venues. Groups are small, 2-16 people with a guide to guest ratio of 1:8 Duration of tour is 2.5 hours and approximately 9 miles. E-bikes available with limited availability.

What To Expect

Mile High Bike Tours

This is Mile High Bike Tour's signature downtown bicycle tour. It encompasses all of Denver's best attractions and provides great sightseeing. Groups are small, usually 8-10 people. We'll ride on bike lanes, riverside paths, neighborhood streets and navigate our way around exciting downtown Denver. The distance is approximately 9 miles and the terrain is relatively flat. This tour is an excellent way to get to know what there is to see and do in Denver. The bicycles are 3 speed city cruisers with disc brakes.

Our tour guide Skye was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and a fun person to listen to. We can highly recommend this e-bike tour as it gives you a perfect overview of Denver and the different neighborhoods. We had one of the 300 days of sunshine and loved cruising around the city.

Devon was a fantastic guide. We really enjoyed the tour and being able to really experience Denver. We got to ride on Cherry Creek trail which was the highlight of our tour. We would have never found it without being taken there. Highly recommend this activity. You do not need to be great physical shape to be able to do it; you just need to be able to ride a bike!

He did not review the electric bikes. The bikes were terrible. The battery is weighted to the right so you have to constantly beware. While stepping on the bike i fell to the ground as i was angle the bike to get on and was not aware of the weight distribution. The leader was at the front and although he turned around He could not see the ens of the line He ran red lights as a matter of course leaving the back of the line vulnerable Not fun Not safe No tutorial

We are very sorry to hear you did not have an excellent experience. This is a first time complaint about our e-bike instruction and we will certainly be better in the future. The batteries are in the center of the bike so they do feel weighted if tipped heavily to one side. In Denver, red lights are the equivalent to a stop sign and cyclists can cross if the road is clear. Thank you for providing feedback where we can improve.
