Adults 21+ Night Tour: Departs from Hard Rock Cafe (3771 Las Vegas Blvd S). Redeem voucher with Big Bus staff at the Hard Rock Cafe 1st floor bar 7:15PM-7:40PM.
Please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
Adult Night tour is for 21 years or over only
Night Tours are not hop-on hop-off tours
Atomic Golf - free 30 minutes of bay time at netted driving range. Customers may use at any time with presented Big Bus ticket. Located at 1850 S Main St.

Before booking, please be aware, although the site states wheelchair accessible, it's not. I booked a tour for 5, informing the rep that 3 would require wheelchair accessibility due to scooters. Booked the tour, to get to the meeting point and be informed they couldn't accommodate. Now I am getting the run around for a refund. Be aware when booking for individuals with handicaps/disabilities. They are not accommodating. Making what was supposed to be a fun mother's day weekend in Vegas turn into a headache.

Hi Lisa W, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. I do however want to point out that we are "wheelchair Accessible". Our buses are equipped to accommodate 1 wheelchair per bus, With a wheelchair ramp , Kneeling feature designed for a easier incline, as well as a location for the wheelchair to be secured in a safe manner with wheelchair restraints. You are correct the bus does not have the capabilities to accommodate 3 mobility scooters at once. Mobility scooters are much different then Wheelchairs, and because of the size, they simply do not fit.

Sadly I missed the bus because my flight delayed me. I went on two other tours and the drivers are really great. So I am sure this is worth your time. There is a lot to see in Las Vegas, and it will help to assure you see all the main spots. There is miles of walking in Las Vegas and a bus tour helps you see what you need to or would want to see, while saving you a few steps.
