The tour was good. Prior to loaded the bus, the website gives no description of the massive line you stand in before loading. Individuals started lining up for a 7pm tour at 5pm because the top is not guaranteed no matter what. If that information had been readily available on the website before I purchased 8 tickets, I would have chosen another event. Very disappointed in the coordination process.

We would rate this tour 4.0 out of 5 .The tour guide was very informative and very entertaining but if you are seating in the back we could only hear half of what he was saying The tour itself was Good , We had a nice time and the light show on Fremont was great.The best part of the trip was we met some very nice people that were celebrating their anniversary,
