We purchased two tickets for two days. We had no issue on the first day. On the second day there was a different bus stopped where we were supposed to get on. We asked a security guard what would happen when the Big Bus got there. He assured us the Big Bus would stop. It did stop for a few seconds just past the stop. We attempted to catch it, but it took off before we could get there. We didn't have time to wait for the next bus. We requested a refund for the second day. Their reply: Unfortunately our tickets are non refundable. There was a problem with stop 2 and it was moved to another street, but this was updated on the website. My reply: there was NOTHING in the app that told me that. Their reply: The updates are made on the website so everyone can see them, even the people that don't have the app.
