Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. At Big Bus Tours we strive to provide our customers with great experiences. Although I spoke to you already on the day of your travel, I want to apologize again. Unfortunately, on the day you toured with us we were running a 1-hour frequency due to unforeseen circumstances. The driver may not have explained clearly how the hop offs and hop ons work, but you would not have had the same driver that dropped you off, pick you up. I have brought this up to our operations team and have talked with all of our drivers about communication. As mentioned during our phone call, I submitted the request for your order to be refunded on the 22nd.
