One of the worst travel/leisure experiences in years. The place to meet the bus was not listed on Hollywood ON Off site. We waited at address listed for 50 minutes, left. Called Hollywood office next day and they admitted website is bad at not telling people where to go or where the stops are, but they could not issue refunds. We asked for refund on website and even though we never got on bus they refused any kind of refund!’!! Calling BBB and other entities tomorrow. Scam

We booked the two day hop on hop off tour worked out arount $180 for 3 adults, which when we saw just how much of LA we saw was a pretty good deal. One negative was that the timings of the tour start was a bit confusing so we actually missed the tour we were initially booked on but the girl at the main office kindly booked us onto the next one, we went round Beverley Hills with Mike and he was really friendly, informative and all round nice guy! ( Hope this means he gets a pay rise?) The bus was open top which is great at the start but absolutely freezing by the end so go prepared!! Glad we did this and got to see so much of LA...Thanks Mike!!

This was a terrible purchase. The site is difficult to navigate and both the stops and frequency are difficult to find. Difficulty in finding where to pick up the bus and no contact in customer service. I do not recommend this tour!
