I can not find the route of the tours on your hompage wha is really very bad. Could you improve this. It is important to know were you starts and were are the stops.

Hi Aleks, When visiting our website (https://www.bigbustours.com/en/los-angeles/los-angeles-bus-tours), there is a tab that says "Routes & Maps" . There you will be able to find the map to our routes and designated stops. We do apologize if that was not clear and will share your concerns with our team to see if we can make it more visible to customers.

This company has been the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. If Google didn't force me to give one start I would not have. We tried to go on a tour last week and ran into a whole variety of problems causing us to request a refund at 3pm and throwing in the towel. I have been told everything from we were lying to a manager would reach out but have yet to have any resolution. All I want is my refund that we were told we would receive so we can be done. I have been messaging on the app for over a week and have yet to hear from a manager to resolve this so unfortunately this has became my last resort.
