Been all over the world but this is by far the worst bus tour I have been on. Three annoying commentators, who didn't really say anything of significance, waited over 1hour 20 mins for a return bus from Venice beach. What a total waste of time and money

This is the worst hop on hop off company ever! This is second time we've used this them other being las vegas where they were equally as bad. We did only try them as they were free as part of our Go City passes but the experience makes being free not even worth it. The driver (Asian) and one of the reps on LA were so rude and unhelpful. The map tells you barely anything about what you will see at different drop off points so its not possible to plan where to get off. I looked at the map of a rival company and it was far more informative, with more stops and information so I heavily recommend you use them
