This tour based in Hollywood was poor. We did two days and made a number of journeys and only once was the commentry in sync with what was happening. We wanted to take the blue line and waited for 20 mins only for the bus to turn up and say this bus is cancelled it will be another hour. This meant we could not get off the bus at Santa Monica. It was useful for hop on and off but if you want to know about the place don’t use it. Go for one of the smaller personalised tours

Don’t do it!!!!! I was soooo disappointed. We tried for two days to even get on this damn bus. Day one I drove from manhattan beach to redeo drive and parked so I didn’t have to worry about missing the connecting bus to the beach! However, we missed the first bus by the hair of our chinny chin chin. That’s fine, they come every 30-45 mins.. Jk! We waited in the dead heat for almost 2 hours!! My 5 year old was loosing her mind. Needless to say that was the end of that, we gave up waiting and went back to the car. Day two, I took an Uber from manhattan beach to santimonica we went and enjoyed the pier while we waited to hop on the bus. I had figured this was going great! I was watching on the app and Headed toward the bus stop (still took an hour and a half from stop 9 to stop 16) I thought we were at the correct bus stop. I had to use google maps because the app directions aren’t totally clear.. anyways.. I was in the front of the hotel, not behind based on picture I thought I was in the right spot. I was very confused when the bus app showed the bus passing by us. anyways I tried to hurry to the next stop which was stop 19.. my 5 year old wasn’t able to keep up speed and we also just missed it. I didn’t have 1.5 to 3 hours to wait for the next bus. Thumbs down. I was left with a very disappointed kid and down almost $200 CAN. And a tour I didnt even get to explore. I did see multiple sightseeing los angles tour busses while we waited, in both the right and wrong spot. How I wish I would have went with that agency. I would have gotten on a bus at least.
