Terrible experience! Booked days prior, upon arrival to tour start, we were charged additional $30.00, told it was overbooked. No refund on booking so were paid it. There were over 50 seats available and only14 occupied. Were exposed to poor neglected neighborhoods 1st to look at one wall graffiti for 10 minutes, 2nd to remote minor luncheonette forced to get off bus so driver and tourguide could take their 30 minute lunch break and lastly to go to Little Havanna. Tour guide insisted on our sticking together as group so were wouldn't encounter any issues in neighborhood. He yelled at and criticized one couple when they wanted to leave tour (and they did leave). Do not book this bus company; heed the warning!

Hey Becky, I'm sorry to hear about your experience but we only offer 2 tours with a live tour guide, and they are both at night, one of them is a panoramic tour, and that other goes to Cuban Museum/ bar. I don't Believe you traveled with our company.

From start to end 90 mins in total, the whole trip was just so so good. Saw the city by night. Sun 23rd. South Beach was Brill. Armando, our guide, was so informative and funny too. “Low hanging Trees!!!” 🤣🤣. The buildings, sky scrapers Beckhams sky pad!! Everything g was just so good thank you Miami and Armando, we had a blast. Carls, Tone, Mel and Jeff the UK.

I loved seeing the city at night! Martica was personable and had great tidbits about the area's history and it's people. I really enjoyed the tour!
