all around a lot of people - but most incompetent!! Twice late very late arrival of buses. No rel apologize by the driver - one earlier bus has fallen out!!??
For me too expensive for the package offered. Regularely you have to go the the HQ down at Fishermans Wharf for more information and other vouchers.

Tour bus was great. We also paid for Alcatraz and was not able to go. Person from your group assigned time our date of arrival and by the time the plane got in....was too late. Trip to Alcatraz was at top of wife's list of things to do......really made whole adventure.......not much of an adventure.
