we took this tour only because we wanted the Alcatraz visit included but the bus was a really nice way to make a tour of the city and getting to know more about it. really a good choice!

We lost our 2 day voucher on the bus the first time on because of the very windy conditions. We asked for a new one and had proof of purchase receipt and they would not honor it. Very poor management not to mention RUDE!
