Your tour time will be assigned 5 days in advance of the tour date. Once a time is assigned we are not able to make any changes, please note your timed entry will be allocated by Alcatraz this will not be able to be personally selected
Hop-on Hop-off tour ticket is valid during operating hours for 48 hours after first use.

I bought a premier 24 hour pass and thoroughly enjoyed the Alcatraz tour and the Night Bus tour of San Francisco. However, I was disappointed that the Alcatraz booking was for mid day 1:05 pm, which essentially made it impossible for me to utilize the hop on hop off portion of the ticket or to opt for the Sausalito cruise instead of the Night Bus tour. The amount of time necessary to get to the Big Bus depot on Pier 39 and then walk or ride to Pier 33 to queue in advance of one's boarding a mid day ferry to Alcatraz and then doing the reverse after finishing at a minimum 2 1/2 hours needed to cover the island, its buildings, exhibits and special programs used up the majority of one day.

Doug and Marapual (spelled incorrectly) were great. Family loved the tour and the comedy!! Much better than driving yourself.

My husband and I visited the city earlier this month. We had both been to San Francisco before but had not done a lot of sightseeing. I found this tour on TripAdvisor and thought it looked like fun. It ended up being better than we thought . Our tour guide Donaugh was entertaining and we learned a lot about the city. We loved seeing the architecture, neighborhoods, bridge, and hustle and bustle of the city . We highly recommend this tour!!!!!
