It's very hard to give and overall rating when there are so many parts to this package. First let me say that this package is just a way to force you into buying all this stuff you really don't want just to get the Alcatraz tour. They make a ton of money off of it because there is no way you can fit all of the things that come with this package into a 2 day visit. The hop on hop off bus tour is a joke. They give you earbuds and it really doesn't tell you much about the different parts of the city. A guided tour bus is the way to go. Another thing is that the whole bus loop takes 3 hours to complete. So plan on wasting a lot of time if this is all you will use for transportation. Oh, and absolutely don't go anywhere around here with an RV and expect to be able to park or have anyone help you find a place to park. After driving around for over an hour I finally had to beg someone to let me park for 75 for 4 hours. Don't bother calling the phone numbers they give you for any guidance either. No one will answer it's just a voicemail. They do however give you everything they say they will and the Alcatraz Tour makes it all worth it. The boat ride there and the Alcatraz Tour was incredible. So overall it's worth it but it's not the easiest way to go.

Loved that we could plug in and hear about San Francisco, but still able to visit, make comments with friends! Alcatraz tour was added bonus!

They could not apply the Alcatraz tour as we had reserved successfully and they wanted to change the reservation to a Saturday instead of that Friday. We could NOT tour Alcatraz on their alternate date, therefore they gratefully contacted another vendor and got the tickets we needed from them and also saved us money in the long run.
