Traveling with the Big Bus was such a great experience. The guiders are nice, funny, and very polite. Without the Big Bus we wouldn’t have done so many stuff. In addition, the price is fair. We paid $150/each including: hop on/off anytime in many parts of the city, Alcatraz tickets + ferry, bay aquarium, salsalito tour, night tour and free tokens + 1 beer at arcade play. I highly recommend it.

I booked for this 24 Hour Big Bus pass plus Alcatraz but I made a mistake. DO NOT take Alcatraz tour on the same day as yours 24 hours pass. My Alcatraz tour was lined up exactly in the middle of the day at 01:05 PM and I was just left to roam around Pier 39 whole day. Couldn't use the pass at all as on top of that it was Chinese New Year Parade with hell lot of a traffic. I still feel TOUR is GOOD but I was unlucky or maybe wasn't clear of how it could go wrong. Anyways to add some fun there was this NIGHT TOUR free on this combo. I prayed hope it turns out to be one hell of lifetime experience and believe me it was all thanks to our LIVE guide Mr. BLAKE ( hope I spelled it correctly ). WARNING: Take the upper deck only if you are ready to face the music of wind. Its gonna be hell windy up but it will be the only use of Night Tour as you are up there for the SightSeeing. It was this guy who had a great sense of humour and full of energy standing in this wind to keep up the tourists up for the wind else I would have choked in this wind of boredom. Thanks a lot BLAKE you make my ok ok day into a GOOD DAY. Special thanks to the staff for helping us out to find the best and fastest way possible back to UNION SQUARE. Cheers guys keep up the good work going!

This tour was a vacation saver. The only way we could get Alcatraz tickets. The tour was amazing. Do use the audio, it added so much. The Big Bus transportation is the best way to get around, so easy and goes to all the major tourist destinations.
