To receive your Alcatraz Island Ticket you must check into the Big Bus Visitor Center one day prior to the Alcatraz Tour date, or before 9am on the date of your Alcatraz Tour.

Please note that the date you have selected is the date for your Alcatraz Tour.
Your tour time will be assigned 5 days in advance of the tour date. Once a time is assigned we are not able to make any changes, please note your timed entry will be allocated by Alcatraz this will not be able to be personally selected
Hop-on Hop-off tour ticket is valid during operating hours for 48 hours after first use.

Loved the visit to Alcatraz Learnt so much for example didn’t realise how many children lived on the island - children of the guards. We enjoyed being able to easily get around the key attractions within San Francisco and then choosing where we wanted to go back to. I loved going to Sausalito. Waterfront restaurants were lovely. We walked the mile to see the amazing house boat community- boats cost up to $6m . There are hundreds of them so varied and colourful. We upgraded to do the night tour which took us across the bay bridge to see SF skyline by night. Beautiful. The extra $14 got us another 24 hours on the bus. So much to see

It was good, what I didn't like much was that I didn't get the option of taking the City Lights night tour, I was told it was only the Sausalito tour. The Alcatraz tour, was great! Organized which is a plus.

Thanks for your review. For our Classic and Premium ticket holders the Panoramic Night Tour is not included, you do have the option to upgrade and add on the Night Tour.

The city tour was great, there was a lot of sight packed in. Even when we encountered closed roads our driver, Rob, was easily able to find interesting things on the new route. He was fun and very informative.
