We ordered tickets (275.00) for a trip I planned for my husband's birthday. I got a text the night before telling me to download the app to be able to keep track of the busses. We walked to the Arlington Cemetary as it was close to our hotel and when finished, looked at the app and there were no times. There is no customer service number, and the chat function was severely delayed. I combed thru the website looking for a number and found a one sentence "announcement" towards the bottom of the page saying the busses would be delayed until NOON. Here it was 930am and we had no bus. When a rep finally answered the chat, I was told there would be absolutely no refunds and that the information was on the website. The website was NOT updated until THAT day and no emails were sent to any ticket holder. They also said I could transfer the tickets to another state!! We were in DC for vacation, I didnt need them transferred. The customer service was definitely lacking as was the company's consideration to their patrons. We ended up having to take lyfts throughout the morning, an expense that we didnt intend on. When the busses FINALLY started running, the app didnt update until at least 1230. Another patron on one of our bus rides was equally upset, but whoever their rep was- offered them a free ticket to use the following day. An offer we were not given. The drivers were friendly, but we will never again utilize a company that do not care about their patrons. The issue was a marathon, which is out of their control. However, the bus company HAD to have known about the marathon prior to people booking. There was no notice on the website until the DAY OF and it wasnt even posted as a bulletin. You had to comb thru the site to find the issue.
