Such an unfortunate experience. I write this to warn all of those out there to not purchase tickets unless you feel you will try your hardest and everything you can to use the tickets and get your moneys worth out of them! For my family trip, I ordered these tickets in advance which was apparently a huge mistake. We did NOT use our tickets the first day of 2-day passes. We couldn't get on buses, the app was inaccurate with bus coming/going from stops, there wasn't enough buses on the route, so we never used them the first day. The second day we got lucky and a bus just so happened to be stopping where we were one time. We used the bus from point 12 to 13 and hopped off, and never used them again due to the same reasons above. I purchased my tickets on viator, and escalated the issue to get my money back and both Viator and Big Bus Tours declined my refund request. Over 300$ down the drain- absolutely a disgrace on these companies. I have nothing but bad things to say about them. Please save yourself and your hard earned $ on NOT doing this tour in ANY city it's offered.

Not very reliable. Got the two day pass and they were never on time, which messed up my plans the entire trip. I understand traffic can be unpredictable but they were either too late or too early
