Ease of seeing Washington monuments. Tour drivers were friendly and helpful. Scanning difficulty on tickets was only drawback.

We met Beverley Brown and she shared with us how much we could do with the Hop On bus tour. She took the time to calmly explain how it all works. She answered all of our questions and was a Angel to talk to. We had a great time and saw a lot beautiful sites. We ran into her several times over the next few days and she was always pleasant. Driver wasn’t courteous or informative. Sometimes at stops he stayed in drivers seat and yelled ear devices. Want pleasant trip
