Bus consistently very late to stops, feel like they need to add one or two more to the rotation to keep up. Audio didn’t work on 2 of the buses to hear the narrated tour

The pick up stops were rarely clearly marked or visible at all. The first day after purchasing tickets, we ended up taking a taxi because we couldn’t locate the correct hop on spot. Very disappointing when you’ve got six people you’ve paid for.
