I asked Viator NOT for a refund but to exchange the tickets for a different tour and they refused. Thus I ended up paying twice for the tour I really wanted. Will never used them again.

My husband & I enjoyed a full day’s experience using the Big Bus September 12, 2022. Bus arrivals were timely, within 10 minutes of posted times. A great way to see main attractions of Washington from the roadway.
