Great experience on our tour of DC. We were warmly greeted by Ramaro. He shared lots of useful and interesting information. As a Washington I enjoyed learning new things about my hometown.

If I could give - 5 stars I would. This company is garbage. There’s a circulator for 1 dollar that does the same job and run more often than this crappy company. Their busses feel like a green house. They do not turn on the AC despite sun being brutal. The bus drivers are rude. They take way more than 20 min. Tracking app often does not work. Busses super crowded with no seats available to seat at times. Run from this company. They are a total rip off.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. At Big Bus Tours we strive to provide our customers with great experiences and it sounds like this was not delivered. I am deeply sorry this was not the case for you. We have open-top vehicles which allow our passengers to get a breeze while sitting on top. All of our buses are equipped with AC. Unfortunately, customers who choose to sit on the bottom deck of the bus should be aware that the AC is going to be effected since the top of the bus is open. In regards to the frequency of our buses, we have our times posted not only on Viator/Trip Advisor, but also our website and tickets.
