The busses were not every 20 minutes as advertised. I usually waited about a half hour up to a full hour. The app that was supposed to show live arrival times seldom showed a time. When it did. It wasn’t correct. I wasted a lot of time waiting on a bus to come along. If traveling with 2 or more, taxi/Uber would be much more convenient and probably cheaper.

Ramaro was our bus stop guide, the busses had a delay, and our stop had many customers due to the time of day. He organized, explained and kept us entertained while we waited. Our delay turned into a delightful stop! What an asset to your company!
