Can not hear if on top level what stop your at . The stops are not clearly marked with signs where pick ups are . The big bus app did not work well showing when bus would be arriving .

Easy way to see the city. We rode the whole loop and listened to the narration then went back around and used the hop on hop off at the monuments we wanted to see.

Bad Experience. Sold tickets when everything was closed. The narration on tours was poor. Would not recommend. They are not giving money back

We regularly update our app and website to ensure that tickets can't be purchased for days when our service isn't running, and our on-street staff is always kept in the loop about any changes. If a tour is cancelled a couple of days before it starts, due to harsh weather or major city events, we make sure to notify our guests through our Service updates page.
