We lost our paper ticket. Even though we booked online from the uk and were in our email. They wouldn't let us on the bus. Young men staff were jit good. Never again

Although you booked online, once your ticket has been scanned and you have been issued a ticket, we cannot reprint lost tickets. This is a measure put in place to prevent fraud. You'll find this to be the case at any location that utilizes ticketing. Chayon W and Devaughn were great hosts. Purchasing tickets was easy and the bus stopped at key locations. Definitely recommend if you want to tour the city.
