I really cannot give this a high review. There was ZERO live tour commentary - it was all a recording. The busses were beyond crowded - by midday, it was standing room only and packed tight together (yucky in this heat). The only reason I give two rather than one star is the tour did go where it said it would, and the earbuds were decently comfortable (as compared to some absolutely awful ones on a Hop On Hop Off I rode in a different city). I recommend the metro system over this experience.

We had some bad luck that the app wasn’t working and the bus had mechanical issues. They didn’t announce the stops unless you had the headphones on. My 6 year old couldn’t deal with the headphones so I definitely don’t recommend for small kids. It wasn’t cheap so I wanted a better experience.

The driver drove away while the sales agent was finishing selling us our tickets, to her amazement let alone ours. We waited in the blazing sun for 25min. The app was pathetic and couldn’t show us how much time till the next bus shows up. When it finally did anyone not sitting near an open window suffered from terrible heat (it was 32c that time). Felt like a Sauna. They also overcrowded the bus, with lots of people standing one on another, VERY not social distancing friendly. Come on covid is still here guys!
