Worst experience ever, Cost my family of 4 $220 and did not use due to the fact that we waited on 3 buses and could not get on, due to being overbooked (packed) asked for refund and they would not give us one, will not use this company again, do your research before booking this. Several reviews say the same, had to walk several miles to see memorials. Such a garbage non service

After waiting a bit longer than Planned for our next bus, we were greeted by Ramero who was so pleasant and personable and helpful. He helped me with the app that I was having trouble with and also validated our ticket for an additional day to compensate us for our delay. Then, to top it off, the next day when he saw us, he had gotten a model bus to gift to my daughter, which made her entire day!!! Thank you Ramero!
