Participants must weigh between 70 and 270 lbs (32 kilograms and 122 kilograms) and WILL BE WEIGHED AT CHECK-IN. Guests will NOT be refunded if they do not meet the weight restrictions.
Lightweight pants, capris or knee-length shorts, and a light sweatshirt are recommended
Guests must wear close-toed shoes
Minor children require a parent or guardian to sign their participation agreement, and children between the ages of 8 and 13 require an adult to zip with them
This tour is not recommended for expectant mothers or those with back or neck problems

This was our family's first time ziplining and we had a blast. The guides, Jake and Decker, were great. My 11 year old had definite 2nd thoughts as we went to take our first "flight", but after one zip she was hooked. After seeing all the safety measures that are taken, I also felt much more at ease and was able to enjoy myself. The course is amazing, allowing you to zip between the tree canopies with a small stream running below. The bridges were also a fun feature. Our family would definitely recommend the Kohala Zipline and would do it again in the future!

The guides were awesome:-). They were friendly and knowledgeable. We had to change our reservation 3 times and the staff were very patient and helpful with the changes. They took all the stress out of booking a tour, especially when you are not a local. Super fun activity and worth the money.

First-time zip-lining experience for us, and we can’t complain. Really enjoyed spending my birthday celebration exploring this area of Big Island. Our guides, Chris & Jake, were fun, safe, & professional. They kept our group engaged & laughing. Awesome camera shots from the team, too. Highly recommend this experience!
