What To Expect
1
Bethesda Fountain
One of Central Park's most famous landmarks. Located very close to the geographical center of the city, or "The Heart of New York".
2
Central Park
The Central Park Mall is a famous destination, having appeared in countless movies and television programs. It's also the only straightaway in the park!
3
Central Park
Cherry Hill has another beautiful fountain, surrounded by foliage and footpaths. From here one can clearly see the Bow Bridge, as well as the lake. This is also a common rest stop for the horses working in the park!
4
Cleopatra's Needle
The oldest artifact in the park! At over 2,000 years old, a relic of Ancient Egypt has taken permanent residence in Central Park. Immediately behind you will be the Metropolitan Museum of Art!
5
Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir
A giant body of water in the middle of the park, overlooked by skyscrapers. One of the top spots for photos in the whole park!
6
Strawberry Fields, John Lennon Memorial
This mosaic memorial to the former Beatles star John Lennon is located just a stone's throw away from the location where the artist died. A serene location where you can often find musicians playing away!
7
Central Park
Sheep meadow is a very large pasture that serves as a place for visitors of the park to relax, participate in recreation, or take photos.

Good experience. Fun for my daughter and I. Not too strenuous but a working knowledge of how to ride a bike is necessary. Saw parts of the park we couldnā€™t on foot.

Booked online but when we arrived, they gave us an unguided tour and only one hour of bike use when we paid for two hours.

Pros: - Quick 2+ hours ride in Central Park with a nice morning weather (we did the 10 am one) - Short line, fast check-in if you purchased your tickets online (we did via TripAdvisor and just showed one barcode from Apple Wallet for 3 tickets) - Highlights overview with the guide - Good for saving time - Great location, very close to the Central Park and as a bonus right next to a cute and tasty Cafe Serafina - we went there for lunch right after the ride. Cons: - Not organized gear pickup guidance, nobody really will help you unless you ask. - Nobody tells you upfront that you donā€™t need a helmet unless youā€™re under 14 y.o. We were wondering around looking for helmets and thought that everyone must wear one until we asked an employee. - Nowhere in the instructions it says that you have to come ahead of time (but you do need at least 10 min to check-in, try and get a bike, helmets for kids, find your guide) - No way to see/choose in advance your guide. Our guide had a very thick French accent that was quite hard to understand, even though Iā€™m bilingual and have been living in the states for more than a decade. - The guide has no microphone, so itā€™s hard to hear what they say sometimes. - If you have older or not very fit family members, they will be behind the pack. Sometimes the guide turns at unexpected point and the ones who behind might not see the signal. Stay close together as much as you can and keep an eye on the guideā€™s trajectory. - Sometimes itā€™s hard to distinguish whoā€™s from your group. I wish they had some colorful stuff or bikes that easy to spot. - All bikes look the same, I wish they all had numbers, so itā€™s easy to find yours after each sightseeing stop.
