Overview

Botanical World's Zip Line is the most exciting zipline in Hawaii and possibly the world. With 8 lines gradually building to the last two that are dual side-by-side zips to share with a friend. The Grand Finale is over a huge 330 foot (100 meter) gorge with a 250 foot (76 meters) waterfall. Our Zip Isle zip Line Adventure is the longest operating zip line on the Big Island operating since 2009 with an unblemished safety record. With each of the 8 zip lines the excitement builds as the lines get longer as you continue to be thrilled. The amazing views from the suspension bridge will give a story to tell of true Hawaii as you pass the HUGE mango tree hundreds of years old that may have seen Kamehameha walking along the rapids of the stream gorge below. Your guides share the many secrets of the plants, let you taste fruits and spices and relay the history of this unique setting in the rain forest.

One of the highlights of our trip. Our guides Kiki, Tryson, and Norton put so much effort into making it unforgettable. They were very knowledgeable about the area and they had fun telling us about it. Safety was never a concern and I am scared of heights!! Their property is beautiful with so many different flowers and trees. We felt our money was very well spent here. What a beautiful place to see incredible scenery and great guides as well. -Sherri Poulson

The views from above are well worth this trip. You’ll observe the tropical vegetation, waterfalls, and streams (and even cows) from a great vantage point! The guides are funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. We always felt safe. There is a suspension bridge that caused me some anxiety. We did find a groupon deal that we applied to help with the cost. Highly recommend!

We definitely had a great time, despite the rain, on our zip line tour. The guides Tyson, Blaine, and Norton were very personable and FUN! We never felt unsafe. The sights were beautiful. Be sure to wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty. Over the last 20 years, we have tried several zip line tours, and we have fond memories of this tour!! Only one of the jumps requires climbing up a high platform, and there is one swinging bridge. Enjoy!!!
