The guide was not there for us when we arrived on the island and was no where to be found. We were on our own and wasn’t able to experience the island as we should have been able too. The original guid who met us on State Street was good and tried to help but he also left us on our own. We would like a refund please.

It was really bad experience, I bought tickets for my whole family that allows us to go inside the Statue of Liberty, the guider gave us a bracelet and when we tried to go inside, they told us that unfortunately this is not a entry ticket “seems like you guys got a little scammed” We were in shocked and was the worst experience. I WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN!!

We do not sell Pedestal access and no where do we advertise that we do. We do have access to the new museum and that is it the tour title. I am sorry you did not read the description but unfortunately it is impossible to social distance in the pedestal and as a company we do not offer this since COVID.
