Overview

The Blue Heron Fleet was established in 1955 by Capt. Harry Nagel. The fleet has been family owned and operated with the third generation currently at the helm. Blue Heron offers excellent year round fishing at a great price.

The vessel is the largest and most comfortable in the area. Vessel is custom built aluminum drift fishers that meet and exceed the United States Coast Guard regulations. The cabins offer cushioned seating, settees for catering, and clean men’s and ladies restrooms. The Vessels are equipped with state of the art navigation and fish finding equipment.

The fare includes rod, reel, bait, tackle, and fishing license. The crews have years of experience ensuring your families safety and enjoyment. Blue Heron specializes in private charters for family, business, and corporate events with the options of fishing or cruising.

From beginning to end this trip was amazing! My girlfriend and I had a blast. You can't ask for a better crew than what they have! From their personality to their willing to help everyone on board! I would recommend this charter to anyone who is looking to fish! They were quick to help and get our reels back in the water! No matter if it was after you caught a fish, lost your bait, or just want a new bait! They were so helpful with anything you asked or needed. I will definitely be going back to this charter everytime I come back here!

We had an excellent time on the fishing trip. The captain and crew did an amazing job. My nephew from Maryland caught his first fish ever. It was a Kingfish and he won the pool for largest fish caught. It was an amazing day.
