Overview

The Blue Heron Fleet was established in 1955 by Capt. Harry Nagel. The fleet has been family owned and operated with the third generation currently at the helm. Blue Heron offers excellent year round fishing at a great price.

The vessel is the largest and most comfortable in the area. Vessel is custom built aluminum drift fishers that meet and exceed the United States Coast Guard regulations. The cabins offer cushioned seating, settees for catering, and clean men’s and ladies restrooms. The Vessels are equipped with state of the art navigation and fish finding equipment.

The fare includes rod, reel, bait, tackle, and fishing license. The crews have years of experience ensuring your families safety and enjoyment. Blue Heron specializes in private charters for family, business, and corporate events with the options of fishing or cruising.

The crew is awesome and funny. They treat us well when we go out. We catch fish everytime as the captain and crew find the best spots. I 100 percent recommend this company. This is my favorite thing to do with my son. Plus social distancing isn’t an issue.

This is the fifth year my son and I have been out on the Miss Blue Heron out of Riviera Beach. Every year it’s an exciting adventure. The crew is always helpful, always back and forth to make sure everyone is always fishing and they lighten the mood by joking around. They’re a great group. Take the kids and watch their excitement as they reel in some really awesome types of fish. I would highly recommend this trip if you visit the West Palm Beach area!

Great 1/2 day trip. The crew was very attentive and knowledgeable. We caught 5 keepers and had a great time. I would highly recommend this trip to a family on vacation looking for some fishing action. It would be nice if they offered a non fishing price to those in the family that didn't want to fish. I made the trip with my son, but my wife and daughter didn't think paying full price to ride on the boat was worth it.
