Overview

The Blue Heron Fleet was established in 1955 by Capt. Harry Nagel. The fleet has been family owned and operated with the third generation currently at the helm. Blue Heron offers excellent year round fishing at a great price.

The vessel is the largest and most comfortable in the area. Vessel is custom built aluminum drift fishers that meet and exceed the United States Coast Guard regulations. The cabins offer cushioned seating, settees for catering, and clean men’s and ladies restrooms. The Vessels are equipped with state of the art navigation and fish finding equipment.

The fare includes rod, reel, bait, tackle, and fishing license. The crews have years of experience ensuring your families safety and enjoyment. Blue Heron specializes in private charters for family, business, and corporate events with the options of fishing or cruising.

the crew was always helping. Always baiting our hooks, getting us all untangled when our lines got crossed and unhooking our fish. Nobody on the boat had to touch a thing the crew takes care of all your needs. The captain was determined for everyone to catch fish that would be good to eat. He changed locations a few times to increase our odds catching good fish. Everyone did catch fish and the fight was awesome my son and I had a great time I can't say enough about the spirit of the captain and his crew. They were always joking and having a good time with each other and the people on board. I will join this captain and crew again next year when my son and I head back down. Thank you to the captain and his crew for a great experience and we wish you all the best. Thank you, The Nesbit's

These guys are amazing....I can’t say enough about my trips with them through the years. Capt.Richie, AJ, Sean..are great fishermen. Book your trips, and prepare to laugh while catching fish. Remember the best days to fish are...Yesterday & Tomorrow. So get on the water!
