Blue Ridge Mountains Guided Hiking Tour with Local Guide - small groups!!

Overview
There are a number of beautiful places to visit and things to do while you are in Asheville, but your search is over. When you leave this area our goal is to make This experience the one you remember and enjoyed most! Our licensed LOCAL guides will take you to some of the best locations in the Blue Ridge Mountains and show you what makes this area so special. They live to be outside and love these mountains - and love showing what this great region has to offer. They will talk about the history, the mountains, the wildlife, flora, fauna and so much more. They might even tell some of the local secrets - like where to grab a beer or great food too!

Hike will be 3-5 miles depending on the group, including a stop in front of a waterfall and maybe a small lake to see if the Bald Eagles are out.

If we do not have at least 2-3 guests booked for the hike we may cancel.

The tour was fabulous, and the scenery was spectacular! The length was perfect, and not too strenuous.

I came to Asheville as a solo traveler looking for a break from a stressful job. I thought that spending some time in nature, surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, would be exactly what I needed, and this hike gave me exactly that. Greg is a local and knows what heā€™s doing. He has everything planned out for you, so all you have to do is show up. He brings snacks, he takes pictures so you can enjoy the view without worrying about documenting it, and he brings tons of knowledge of the area. Iā€™m not the most experienced hiker in the world, but that didnā€™t matterā€”this hike is for all levels, and it is the perfect thing for any traveler looking to reconnect with the great outdoors and meet some new friends in the process. Highly, highly recommend!

Best thing ever to do if youā€™re in Asheville. Greg had snacks, a pair of gloves if you need them, water and hiking poles. The experience is amazing. Greg was so kind and knowledgeable about the species of plants and animals within the area. 10/10!
