I made a reservation for a pontoon August 2019 to take my daughter and her friends out to celebrate her 30th birthday in St. Pete We live in Pensacola . The weather was bad so asked for a deposit refund. Chace said he doesn't refund due to weather but I could use it another time. I don't think that's good business but I agreed to it, knowing we would be coming back.
Wanted to celebrate her BD again this summer, contacted Chase and asked him to book one for us. He did and he charged another deposit whichI didn't notice till later. On the eve before the event, I received a text from Chase saying the boat he had for us was damaged by a renter and it wasn't usable. He said he had one available but it's ugly. I said send pics and it was def ugly so we declined.
Chase reimbursed one deposit but not the other even though I asked for it. Haven't heard from him since then about 10 days ago. My daughter is an attorney, we are discussing options.

Have no idea why this guy would say this or write this review. We actually dont even take deposits when someone books this way, so right off the bat I can tell this is untrue. I just went back and searched and his last text message was "Awesome, thanks Chace".
Some people you just cant make happy. Check out our reviews and you will see this is far from the actual truth.
Needless to say there was no other contact from them.
