DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked them for a bachelorette this past weekend and there was some confusion about which boat we were supposed to be on. We got on the wrong boat which was not our fault and were told we would be on the next one and that someone would come get us when the boat was here for us. The boat left without us and they would not come back and get us. The staff was so rude and unprofessional, texting me that they "assumed we were hungover and missed the boat", said what happened was "stupid" and that they "never go find people". Overall, it was a lot of miscommunications but the way the staff handled the situation was terrible and the last thing from Southern Hospitality!

Ms. R. received multiple detailed instructions (via email and text) before the trip. One instructed her to text us upon arrival. Despite being told that our dock was directly across from the LaQuinta Hotel entrance Ms. R. went past that area to where many other tour boats are located.
Ms. R. and her group were not on our boat at the scheduled departure time. In our instructions, we clearly state that we will wait five minutes after the start time - but to honor the other guests' time we canāt wait longer than that. Ms. R. received messages (that went unanswered) attempting to help guide her to our boatās location (even though detailed instructions had already been sent). We finally got a phone call from Ms. R.
13 minutes after 3:00. We were already underway with the other guests. We learned that Ms. R. and her group boarded another boat with a name other than Harbor Bar at a different dock than the one listed in her confirmation email. Even after realizing she and her party were in the wrong vessel she still didnāt check her messages.
On Saturday we had only a few spaces open the entire day. Ms. R. and her group booked spaces that would have certainly been purchased by others. We had approximately 100 guests on Saturday and none were confused by our copious communications and instructions.
Our company sent multiple detailed instructions before departure that were ignored resulting in Ms. R. going to the wrong location (an entirely different dock) and boarding the wrong boat. Our attempts to contact her before the trip went unanswered. In light of these facts, we find it unreasonable for our small company to be penalized by issuing a refund. I genuinely hope you understand our perspective.
