Best way to visit Boone Hall from Charleston. Show up at the transportation center in downtown, they drive you there and back. You have over 3 hours to experience the area, listen to some tours, have a bite to eat. All the lectures were delivered by very well informed guides. All seem engaged in the plantation and garden location and history. They offer so much for tourists and locals. A great place to get informed and support a local business

This tour was excellent. The history is very important to our country and the people telling it were good. The last time I did a plantation tour, I used Uber to get to and from the site. This proved to be unreliable and expensive so this time, I chose a tour that included transportation from town. This was terrific! Not only was it convenient and economical, our driver was great at telling us the history on the way up there.

Angus the tour guide on the wagon was amazing! Beautiful property. Highly recommend. Too bad the mansion wasn't accessible to see upstairs.
