Lulu was our guide, and she was quite animated and lively. Despite the bus arriving at least 15 or more minutes late to pick us up in the morning, she did a great job of trying to keep us on track time-wise.

This tour was helpful in giving us a well-rounded bird's-eye view of the whole of New York. We wouldn't have had time to see so much, such a variety of neighborhoods and sites, in our 3.25 days in NY.

We would have given this tour 4 stars, but we didn't appreciate Lulu letting us know her political views and her view of race relations. Not necessary, actually a little divisive. Otherwise, we enjoyed the tour very much.

This tour is top of the line. It was very easy to find the meeting point, our guide was already there waiting for us and gave us a warm welcome. You can enjoy visiting places outside Manhattan area, which gives great value. The real experience was much better than my expectations.. and this is always good.

There were a few things I didn't understand. Our guide just kept talking about cars and types of cars, and then a considerable amount of time talking about the Jewish orthodox community in Brooklyn while we could have used that time to walk around the area. If they could include important stops during the tour or try a few cute coffee places or diners to grab something from the area, even if it lasts a little bit longer, then, it would have been really good.
